6:15 pm to 7:15 pm for only $109 + HST.

Each class starts with 15 minutes of scientifically-proven techniques and tips for coping with anxiety and stress. We then move on to 45 minutes of beginner-style yoga designed to release tension from the body and mind. 

I personally suffered from panic attacks in my youth and have shown thousands of students over the last 15 years how to reduce and eventually eliminate these attacks.

Missed classes can be made up in any of the drop-in classes on the schedule.
