Each class has:
15 minutes of scientifically-proven techniques and tips for coping with anxiey and stress. I personally suffered from panic attacks in my youth and have shown thousands of students over the last 10 years how to reduce and eventually eliminate these attacks.
Includes 45 minutes of beginner-style yoga designed to release tension from the body and mind.
6:15pm to 7:15pm for only $109 plus hst
