CLASS SCHEDULE

STUDIO CLOSED FOR THE HOLIDAYS FROM DECEMBER 24th TO JANUARY 5th

Pop-in for the Ongoing Drop-Ins anytime.  Pay as you go or buy a pass.

Sessions require registration and prepayment.

Drop-in and Enjoy an All-Levels Class

 
on Monday, Wednesday or Thursday (Thursdays are gentle, restorative yoga)  mornings from 9:30am to 10:30am
or
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 7:30pm to 8:30pm
and
Sunday Guided Meditation 9:15am to 9:45am (always free - donations collected given to Rotary Guelph)

Panic Attack and Anxiety Relief – next session starts Monday January 15th, 2018.  6:15pm to 7:15pm.  8 weeks for $109 + hst
Continuing Aerial Yoga - starts Tuesday January 16th 5:10pm to 6:10pm.  8 weeks for $129 + hst
Intro to Aerial Yoga - starts Tuesday January 16th 6:15pm to 7:15pm.  8 weeks for $129 + hst
Beginner Yoga - starts Wednesday January 17th 6:15pm to 7:15pm.  8 weeks for $109 + hst
Prenatal Yoga - starts Thursday January 18th 6:15pm to 7:15pm  8 weeks for $109 + hst
Mindful Movement - starts Friday January 12th 6:15pm to 7:15pm.  8 weeks for $109 + hst
Over 60 and Fabulous - starts Friday January 12th 9:30am to 10:30am.  7 weeks for $99 + hst 
Juice Cleanse -  Friday January 12th 2018 7:30pm to 9pm. $85+hst (includes six 500ml bottles of juice)

What You Need to Bring

  • the short answer is: nothing
  • if you have your own mat, bring it
  • if you'd like to have water, bring it
  • our studio is fully stocked with mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, straps etc.
  • wear comfortable clothes that do not restrict your movement
  • ideally, do not eat 2 hours before class
