Fridays from 6:15pm to 7:15pm

This session will run every Friday for 8 weeks after March Break, 2018

IN THIS 8 WEEK SESSION WE WILL EXPLORE MINDFULness through an all levels yoga class

 Why  Practice mindfulness?   Studies have shown mindfulness is effective in increasing self-esteem, lowering stress and anxiety, boosting immune function and helping to improve concentration. Mindfulness practice has also been shown to increase empathy, lower judgement of others and ourselves. MINDFULNESS  is a tool to help us understand, tolerate and deal with our emotions in healthy ways.. 

 The classes are held at the New Studio: 667 Wellington Street West in Guelph.

  The 8 week session costs only $109 + hst
