  2. hi i am very interested in your fall Anxiety yoga series and am hoping it's not full. i would like to drop into a another class beforehand if that's okay.  Is there a particular more meditative/ calming one you would suggest I try?  Thanks rose. 
      <p> Hi Rose, Thank you for your interest. The class has lots of room left. Drop-in and try an All Levels Yoga class anytime.  They have a meditative quality as well as an overall balance of strengthening and gentle lengthening of all your muscles for optimal health. </p>
