Level I:  2 Weekends - Prerequisite: at least 50 hours of personal practice and basic knowledge of the muscular

        Course includes a comprehensive 235 page full-color manual.

Manual includes Yoga History, Basic Philosophy, Physical Benefits of Yoga, Safely Dealing with Common Physical

 Limitations, Anatomy, Intro to Sequencing and Choreography, Intro to Meditation, Intro to Pranayama and

 over 100 Asanas suitable for Beginner to Intermediate students with many variations and detailed descriptions.

Level II: 2 Weekends - Prerequisite Level 1 and must have 20 hours of yoga teaching experience.

Course includes a comprehensive manual on Safely Guiding Your Students Using Hands On Corrections.

On the final day there will be a written and practical exam on the material covered in the Level I Manual.

Completion of Level II= Certified! You will proudly hold a Maha Pura Teacher 100hr certification. 

(In order to receive recognition by the Yoga Alliance as an RYT 200 the next level is required)

Advanced Teacher Training (Level III): 8 Weekends- Prerequisite Levels I and II.  Deepen your certification 

and be recognized by the Yoga Alliance as a prestigious RYT 200.  This is also available as a two week summer

 retreat (Saturday, July 23rd to Saturday, August 6th 2011- scroll down for details)

At Maha Pura there are NO HIDDEN FEES.  You do not have to pay for costly study materials or manuals. 

You do not have to pay for costly mentorship with me at my studio (all the contact hours you need are

provided during the course! No extra time needed at the studio!)

You must complete all 8 weekends to receive your Advanced Teacher Training Certification.
