Manual includes Yoga History, Basic Philosophy, Physical Benefits of Yoga, Safely Dealing with Common Physical Limitations, Anatomy, Intro to Sequencing and Choreography, Intro to Meditation, Intro to Pranayama and over 100 Asanas suitable for Beginner to Intermediate students with many variations and detailed descriptions. Choose any of the following dates (remember it's just 2 weekends for Level I) From 9:00am to 5pm on Saturday and 10:00am to 5pm on Sunday Cost = $250 + $32.50 HST per weekend (that's $565 total with tax) -September 7th & 8th and September 14th & 15th 2013 or January 18th & 19th and January 25th & 26th 2014 or -April 19th & 20th and April 26th & 27th 2014 Level II: 2 Weekends - Prerequisite Level 1 and must have 20 hours of yoga teaching experience. (private classes with friends and/or family is acceptable) Course includes a comprehensive manual on Safely Guiding Your Students Using Hands On Corrections. On the final day there will be a written and practical exam on the material covered in the Level I Manual.
