Strength Training For Weight Loss (Iron Yoga + Pilates)

This class combines Iron Yoga with Pilates.  We will work on those trouble spots to

 create a fit and toned beach body.

I premiered this marvellous hybrid in Guelph in 2007.  Designed by carefully

researching proper technique, this class gets results!   The benefits are undeniable!

What is Iron Yoga?  Yoga with 5 pound hand weights (or 8 pounds for the brave).  All the traditional benefits of my well-balanced yoga classes with the added muscle strengthening properties of free weights.
