     Level: Intermediate + ( beginners are welcome )

core strengthening focus of Pilates.  This class is designed to work your entire body through flowing

movements which will reshape those trouble spots.  It's the perfect challenge

that keeps you moving at a pleasing pace.  You will get fit in an inviting, friendly and relaxing

environment.

Class sizes are generally between 4 and 12 students
