Next Session starts September 20th 2012 5:30pm to 6:15pm and runs every Thursday

 for a total of 8 weeks.  Only $99 plus hst ($111.87)

     These light hearted classes will develop healthy toned bodies while relaxing

and rejuvenating busy minds.  I've worked with athletes and couch potatoes of all ages

to maximize their potential.  A wonderful combination of strengthening and stretching in an atmosphere

designed to uplift the spirit of each participant.
